Are you an experienced clinician looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, we are looking for a new Clinical Lead to support the district nursing team in the Huntingdon locality.
The ideal candidate will be an RGN Level, educated to degree level or with equivalent experience and a post-registration qualification relevant to community practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong teamwork ethic, sense of accountability, and the ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to registered nurses with the right attributes to enhance a team.
Main Duties of the Job
As the Clinical Lead, you will work autonomously, taking responsibility for care, quality, and clinical activity within the teams by providing clinicians advanced, professional nursing leadership, supervision and guidance, clinical advice and input in relation to the key dimensions of health care quality.
You will clinically lead and support the team alongside the other Clinical Leads across the Locality to recognise, prioritise and respond appropriately, ensuring the delivery of a clinically effective service which meets the needs of individuals, families and communities in line with local and national development plans, Trust policies and procedures.
