Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Mathematics to join our school in Romford. The successful candidate should possess the ability to think outside the box to ensure students are eager to learn, enabling them to raise their aspirations and to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This is a full-time position and is starting in September.

Requirements
1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - this is essential
2. Right to work in UK - this is essential
3. Enhanced DBS on the update service - this is preferred
4. 2 relevant professional references - this is essential
5. Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 levels
6. Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum and effective teaching strategies
7. Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
8. Commitment to continuous professional development
Responsibilities
9. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, clear, and effective maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
10. Contribute to the design and development of an innovative and comprehensive maths curriculum
11. Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities
12. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs, competitions, and workshops, to enrich student's learning experiences
13. Passion for teaching mathematics and a commitment to inclusive education
14. Track and evaluate student performance, offering personalised feedback and support to encourage progress
15. Maintain open and effective communication with parents to support student learning and development
