Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Teignmouth
Salary: £27,000-£29,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours, including 1 weekend day and 1 evening per week

The Company: Our client is a local company at the heart of the community who is seeking an experienced store manager to join their team and hit the ground running.
The Role: As a Store Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, day-to-day running of the store. You will oversee stock management and store standards, make commercial decisions, and drive sales to achieve KPI measured targets. You will also be responsible for managing a small friendly team, overseeing staff rotas, training, and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
* Efficient day-to-day operational running of the store
* Stock management and control
* Providing exceptional customer service and being the point of contact for any inquiries
* Understanding and achieving KPI set targets
* Confidently managing a team, overseeing rotas and recruitment
Your Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience in retail management, ideally within the food industry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Experience working in a sales-driven/KPI measured industry
* A positive and driven attitude!
