Purpose
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team, providing expert HR guidance and solutions to support business growth and employee success. You will lead a team of three HR professionals, reporting to the Chief People Officer, and play a pivotal role in shaping talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness for a client group of approximately 300 employees.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering
* Partner with GTM leadership to develop and implement people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and business success.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on organizational challenges, business change, and HR best practices.
* Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide HR leadership in international expansion and acquisition integrations.
Talent Development & Employee Engagement
* Design and implement talent development programs, ensuring clear career progression and upskilling opportunities.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Drive employee engagement through surveys, action plans, and leadership coaching.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Performance Management & Organisational Development
* Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring goal alignment, feedback, and development planning.
* Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance challenges, and team dynamics.
* Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring or process improvements.
General
* Champion the Causeway values and ensure alignment across all HR initiatives.
* Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
* Oversee HR operations for GTM teams, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.
* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* Experience supporting GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.).
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
* Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience driving change management initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in the construction or technology/software industry.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification.
* Track record of improving HR processes and efficiencies.
