Location: South Leicestershire Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00, Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Engineering @ 365 are currently working with a market leader in there area of expertise, looking to recruit a Project Administrator – Office Admin to support their growing projects team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, document management, and general project administration.
Job Description:
This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive administrator who is eager to develop their career within a busy projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining records, and supporting Project Managers with general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the Project Managers, including document preparation and reporting.
* Managing and maintaining digital project files, ensuring accuracy and easy access.
* Distributing drawings, specifications, and project documents to relevant stakeholders.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to track project updates and approvals.
* Assisting in compliance documentation and ensuring company standards are met.
* Handling general office tasks to support the smooth running of the projects team.
Requirements:
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Motivated and eager to learn and progress within the company.
* Experience in office administration or project support.
* Background in document control or construction industry administration
