About the Role: Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the technical team. The successful candidate will be essential in ensuring smooth project flow and document management, while also assisting with general day-to-day administrative tasks within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
* Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing solutions as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will be/have:
* Proven experience in administration or project support, preferably within a professional services environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
