Purpose of Role: Manages product trials and the collection of data and analysis. Assists with providing technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trials: Set up, organize and maintain product trial study documentation and guidelines. Collect, track and analyse field trial data. Provide updates to on trial progress tracking. Co-ordinate (ordering/dispatch and tracking) of trial materials as appropriate. Present trial results, including the preparations of reports and presentations. Liaise with product and technical teams to ensure appropriate methodology and testing tools are used for trial processes
2. Service: Become a ‘trusted advisor’ at site with respect to wear components. Facilitate machine bucket inspections and provide reports regarding overall bucket performance. Provide gauging services and associated lip and GET condition monitoring reports. Identify GET components and provide detailed GET location Maps.
3. Product Support: Provide education on products, installation, safe operation and maintenance. Direct troubleshooting of ESCO equipment to the appropriate Product Manager.
4. Customer Support: Regular travel to site and to provide quick response and solutions to immediate customer problems. Supports with collection of data and analysis in regards to Warranty issues. Actively identifies sales opportunities when in contact with the customer.
5. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
6. Engineering, Mining, Science, Statistics, Bachelors degree (or similar).
7. Heavy industry exposure around 3 years related experience.
8. Advanced Excel, including Macros (mandatory)
9. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background checks (including a pre-employment medical).
