As a Soft Play Team Leader, you will...
7. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
8. Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner
9. Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
10. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
11. Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every customer leaves wanting to return
