This isn’t just a role – it’s a chance to learn, lead and innovate in eCommerce strategies, driving growth and outcomes that matter. Be at the forefront of change, cultivating meaningful client relationships and devising strategies that redefine their success. Key Responsibilities Delivery of day-to-day campaigns across platforms, like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, adhering to agency best practices and driving eCommerce success for clients. Cultivating exceptional client relationships, delivering superior service. Crafting growth strategies, building innovation roadmaps, and integrating holistic marketing approaches Providing insights and recommendations to drive client performance. Engage regularly with key retail and technology partners, including Amazon, Criteo, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and others, to explore collaboration opportunities and industry trends Who You Are: You’re a dynamic, strategic thinker with a proven track record in Amazon Advertising, Epsilon, or Criteo – ideally within an agency setting. You have an understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategy, with knowledge of other digital media channels, attribution models, conversion rate optimization, "retail readiness," and consumer behaviour. You bring exceptional communication and digital strategy expertise to our growing team. With hands-on experience managing large accounts, you’re ready to take on an ambitious, fast-paced environment. If you have certifications or experience with Amazon Advertising Foundations, Sponsored Ads Foundations, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, or other retailer-specific platforms, that would be a bonus.
