Where does this role fit in? As the Head of Data, you will lead our Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Analytics & Insights, and Data Infrastructure teams to drive evidence-based decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhance customer and colleague experiences. This leadership role is critical to managing data as a strategic asset and integrating robust data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks to support the organisation’s ambitions. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in leading data strategy, governance, and analytics at a senior level. Strong track record in developing data management frameworks and reporting structures. Expertise in data architecture, cloud-based solutions, data lakes, and warehousing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Desirable Experience and Skills: Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relating to data security and governance. Experience within the housing sector or social enterprise environment.
