We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Centre Manager to lead our training Centre in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities, developing training strategies, and ensuring the highest quality of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement training program schedules that meet industry standards and market demands.
• Coordination with trainers and assessors, ensuring they meet competency requirements and have valid certifications.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
• Ensure learners are fully informed and prepared for their courses.
• Record, track, analyse and report training programme progress.
• Oversee the daily operations of the training Centre, including staff and facilities.
• Ensure all training facilities, classrooms, and equipment meet health & safety and industry standards.
• Supervise administrative staff and assess their performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
• Oversee student support services to enhance enrollment and retention.
• Handle student feedback, complaints, and appeals in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in educational management or in a vocational training environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
