Our clients Transaction Services team provides due diligence services and valuable insights to assist in making the right business decisions when completing a transaction such as a merger or acquisition (M&A), listing or delisting on the market, going private or raising capital.
They work closely with management teams to support businesses at any stage of the deal process, from initial exploratory searches through post-transaction completion phase. Other deal related services they offer include Private Equity advice, M&A structuring, valuations, employee incentivisation, technology risk assessments, transaction structuring, and integration and operational performance advice.
As Market leaders in due diligence, they are recognised for their active expertise in accounting league tables such as Mergermarket, Experian and Factset. They have also won awards nationally and regionally for their services in private equity and remain the number one provider for IPO listings on the London Stock Exchange.

Roles typically involve the following and are available in their Midlands, North West, South West and Thames Valley TS teams:
* Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team with other Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.
* Project manage larger FDD engagements, including the identification and resolution of project issues prior to Partner review.
* Assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery to timelines, including management of other service lines.
* Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients, both internal and external to the firm, establishing both a rapport and trust.
* Assume real ownership of client relationships and projects.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and industries.
About you
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
* Significant FDD experience gained within a TS department within a major firm
* Proven track record of successful business development
* Previous management experience at Manager, SM or Director level.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
