Our clients span sectors including healthcare, commercial, and public services. They are growing and looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join a dynamic team. This is a national role, so flexibility to travel and work away from home when required is essential. The Role As a Site Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of our construction projects across the UK. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with programme and budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the on-site delivery of construction and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and programme expectations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site. Maintain site records, including daily diaries, risk assessments, method statements, and site inductions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager or Contracts Manager. Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are available on site as required. Conduct site inspections and manage snagging and handover processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally in fit-out or M&E projects.
