Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator (but not limited to):
1. As a Customer Service Administrator, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of a group of independent accounts and providing support to a team of sales agents across the UK and Europe.
2. Your tasks include ensuring customers are well-informed about supply statuses, promptly sending customer orders for warehouse picking, and ensuring the logistics team is fully briefed on customer requirements.
3. Processing detailed sales orders onto the in-house system.
