Our client who are a leading M&E Contractor are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for a large scale project to go between their Cambrige office and site. You'll manage project documentation using a range of software including: 4 Projects, Aconex, SharePoint, Asite, Conject, and ViewPoint.
Responsibilities:
* Organise, upload, and categorise documents.
* Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors for timely document submission and approval.
* Monitor workflows, track revisions, and maintain registers.
* Provide training and support on document control and software usage.
* Generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering.
* Proficient in 4 Projects, Sharepoint, Asite, Aconex, Conject, and ViewPoint.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of document control standards and regulations.
* Computer literacy, including MS Office.
