- Employee Discounts Main Purpose of Role: Managing, training, and providing overall support to the sales team within Wales, setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team, monitoring the performance and motivating members to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the delivery of the sales targets for themselves and individuals in their region
- To maximise sales into an existing customer base and capture new business to growth their region
- To lead, motivate and develop a team of Field Sales Advisors to achieve their regional and individual targets and objectives
- To develop a strong customer relationship by understanding their requirements and tailoring the product & service offering to meet this
- To produce & assess activity reports in order to target key sales areas
- To develop & maintain knowledge of the Cogent portfolio of products & services & share this knowledge with their team Essential Skills:
- Must have personal or professional experience within the agricultural industry.
- Must have experience of leading a team
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Have a full UK driving license Additional Information: As part of your role you may be required to stay away from home from time to time to attend meetings and events.
You may be asked to travel overseas on study tours from time to time.
