This is an ideal opportunity for chefs of all levels to join our friendly and passionate kitchen team at Stoke by Nayland Resort. Stoke by Nayland Resort is home to the Lakes Restaurant, serving up to 140 covers each night using the finest local and homegrown produce. The Sports Bar is open all day, offering a menu of comfort food and pub classics to golfers and those seeking a more relaxed dining experience.
Stoke by Nayland Resort is part of the family-owned Boxford Group, which has been established for over 80 years. Due to our location, nestled in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), having your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
2. Assist in menu planning and development.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
4. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Passion for food and cooking.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Own transport due to location.
