Overall aim of the role: An exciting opportunity within Gym 108 for a unique role in the Fitness Department. A Fitness Coach will enjoy working with people, possess a friendly and outgoing personality, be sensitive to individuals needs whilst working with clients of all ages and physical abilities. This role requires a high level of professionalism which meets the exceptional standards of Nirvana Spa. Subject to a qualifying period and the required industry qualifications there will also be the opportunity to arrange client Personal Training (PT) Sessions, using our facilities, outside of your normal working hours.. (We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found) What you ll do: Key responsibilities of this role will include: Holding responsibility for the opening and closing of the facilities as per the duty manager rota Following set up and close down procedures Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are complied with and club standards are met Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints Covering Front Of House duties as part of your rota Acting as first point of contact for Fire, First Aid and Emergency related matters Ensuring a high level of cleanliness across the gym and wider facilities by performing daily tasks Ensuring facilities meet our brand standards at all times Deliver a high level of member/visitor interaction during gym floor supervision hours Plan and deliver high quality small and large group exercise sessions Deliver high quality and motivating 1:1 sessions, ensuring their individual needs and goals are met Be available to work a varied shift pattern, consisting of a balance between early, late and day shifts plus alternate weekends Carry out supervision and coaching within the Dead Sea Salt Therapy (DSST) Pool at Nirvana Spa.
