We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to effectively coordinate the smooth running of the Belfast Office and assist in the functioning of the other BHSF OH Office locations where required. The post holder will be responsible for adherence to internal processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Flag any issues in the running of the Belfast office to the appropriate remote management teams.
* Cover reception on a rota basis as required and prepare clinic paperwork.
* Assist in the administration of the Liverpool, Newcastle, London, and Birmingham OH office locations when required.
* Support the Senior Clinician, OHA/OHT in the ordering of equipment for clinicians.
* Source and deliver subject access requests from customers to the Company Secretary department.
* Ensure any transfer of medical notes is completed in line with consent, both from BHSF OH to a new provider and when BHSF OH are the new provider.
* Arrange the calibration of all medical equipment for NI and ROI with the Senior Clinician and the Clinical Strategy Group, within strict deadlines. Liaise with the calibration company and advise the clinicians of such dates, coordinating with clinical planning regarding calibration dates.
Experience
* 12 months OH experience.
* 12 months experience of office coordination.
