Respite Services - Highfield/Billinge Bungalows Salary: Grade 4, 15,878 - 16,690 per annum. 12.18 - 12.80 per hour 11 Positions x 25 hours per week Your role: Your role will be to provide high quality care at our respite services. You will support customers to maintain a high degree of health and wellbeing by providing high quality care within provider services ensuring that they are treated with respect and their dignity is maintained. Our customers have a varying level of complex needs, and you will be required to deliver a high standard of care and provide support for them in accordance with individual support plans. You will offer support to encourage them to realise their goals and aspirations and you will also assist them to develop strong links within the community. You will be required to work on a rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays and unsociable hours and required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. About you: You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers, families, agencies, and other relevant professionals to maintain high quality care. You must have the ability to support individuals with critical care needs. You will have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team that provides activities that stimulate and encourage inclusion and active participation.
