About Position and details:
* Role: Program Manger
* Location: Gresham Street, London
* Job Type: Permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Planning & Strategy:
Develop and execute program strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to define clear program objectives, scope, timeline, and resources.
* Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between departments such as product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth program execution. Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
* Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
Identify and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. Resolve program-related issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain momentum.
* Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving program objectives. Allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.
* Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular updates on program progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Present insights, challenges, and achievements through reports, presentations, and meetings.
* Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies for program management. Drive best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the program management team.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
* Minimum 15+ years of IT experience
* 2- 3 years’ work experience as Scrum Master
* Good understanding of Agile framework
* Experience in BFSI domain with Microsoft stack like C#, ASP.NET, Azure etc.
* Good Knowledge of Mambu and financial domain
* Experience with Digital banking
* Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and/or in team environments.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Proactive and self-driven with a focus on results.
* Effective presentation skills, combined with extreme attention to detail.
