We are looking for a talented individual with supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the F&B Manager.
* People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
* Occasionally cover Duty Manager shifts.
* Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.
Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
* Proven leadership skills.
* High standards and attention to detail.
* A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
