We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Global Product Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to own multiple product platforms for the Enterprise, maximising the margin and sustainability for every product in the platforms throughout the lifecycle. You will drive innovation in a highly collaborative and impact-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver the Gross Margin (GM) for product platforms against the Enterprise strategy. Manage the lifecycle for each product, focusing on margin delivery and sustainability through price and cost actions, recommending changes to the business model and adapting marketplace tactics & service offering accordingly. Act as the primary contact for the product platforms, communicating strategy, tactics and promotional guidance to the Enterprise and providing support to both direct and indirect sales channels. Establish & implement the enterprise pricing strategy, policies and process for the assigned product platforms, defining and managing regional and segmental value price bands and price floors for all products. Manage the introduction of new products and retirement of obsolete products to ensure health of the product platform. Lead Product Managment Review (PMR) for platforms, including matching product capability and market need in order to drive margin growth. These could include, but are not limited to, managing & aligning allocation decisions, prioritizing projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement product platform plans that manage the evolution of the product range to deliver growth in line with the Enterprise / SBU strategies of Product Leadership and market-led innovation. This includes capacity, cost, capability and deployment considerations. Skills and Experience Proven experience in product management, preferably in a global B2B manufacturing organisation. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Adept at using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Familiarity with PEEK and PAEK polymer products is a plus. Commercial experience in sales, business development or strategic marketing also beneficial. Bachelors’ degree or equivalent is essential.
