To be successful as a Communication and Engagement Manager, you should have or be:
* An ample writer with a strategic mindset, passion for and validated experience in writing for a range of channels, and a proven ability to distill information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience
* Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization
* Ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with precision and attention to detail

* Excellent experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
* Experience in corporate communications, journalism, brand management, or marketing
* Significant experience in financial services and/or Identity and Access Management

Purpose of the role
To support the organization and achieve its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
* Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization.
* Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
* Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
* Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
* Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
* Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
* Create operational and process designs to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the scope.
* Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
