We are pleased to be working with our client, a leader in their field, on their search for a Project Coordinator to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with customers and suppliers daily.
2. Planning, monitoring, and managing the production requirements needed for the projects, in-line with the customer confirmed commitment.
3. Creating batch proposals and production orders.
4. Creating Part Numbers, Bills of Materials, and all associated sub-entities.
5. Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skillset:
1. Previous experience in inbound/outbound shipments.
2. Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices, commodity codes, and packing lists.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
4. Experience on ERP systems/databases.
