Finance Manager Location: Brentwood Job Type: Part-time (3 days a week, 24 hours) Salary: between £35,000 and £45,000 pro rata. We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our mission. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare monthly management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop and manage budgets, particularly for grants, to ensure proper allocation and utilisation of funds. Prepare annual statutory accounts in compliance with financial regulations. Oversee and manage the charity's overall budget, ensuring financial stability and accountability. Utilise strong Excel skills for detailed financial analysis and reporting, enhancing decision-making processes. Manage financial transactions and bookkeeping through Xero, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing budgets and financial operations. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial analyses. Experienced in using Xero for accounting and financial management. (Desirable) Previous experience in a similar role within a charity or non-profit is highly advantageous.
