We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Social Workers to join our supportive and transforming adult social care teams. There are opportunities within our community, specialist, mental health, and safeguarding teams. The position involves supervising ASYE s and other colleagues as well as driving excellence in practice to ensure all our residents live a Gloriously Ordinary Life whilst supporting complex cases. You will have had your practice recognised as exemplary and provide leadership and professional wisdom to your colleagues and other professionals for work in situations of high complexity. To work directly with people who use services, and those who care for them, as well as families and communities and providers to ensure safe practice and protection from abuse. About You You will be an experienced Social Worker in Adult Social Care, with a people-first approach and a strength-based practice. You should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and within a wider multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently. The role requires flexibility to meet the demands of Adults Social Work.
