Chroma Recruitment are working with a fast-growing telecoms business based in Manchester who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a technical background that can build and maintain strong relationships with their customers ensuring service excellence.

Key Skills/Experience:
* ITIL certified
* Service Delivery experience within a Telecoms or Managed Service environment is desired
* Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers and acting as the primary point of contact for escalations.
* Delivering ITIL operating processes and procedures
* Organising cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
* Driving continuous service improvement within assigned accounts
* Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management and Change Management experience
* Ability to produce technical analytical reports, trend analysis and progress measurement.
* Conducting regular service reviews
* Working with the Service desk to improve service delivery processes and SLA’s
* 3rd party supplier and contract management experience
* Maintaining and developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities
