We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Finisher to join our team on a contract basis for a housing project in Spennymoor. You will be responsible for completing essential snagging work, patching, and painting to ensure the houses are ready for completion to a high standard. Responsibilities: Patching and repairing minor defects on walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Applying paint and wallpaper to walls, ceilings, and trim. Performing touch-ups and minor repairs to ensure a clean and finished look. General cleanup and preparation for final inspections. Ensure work meets high standards of quality and attention to detail. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with colleagues. Requirements: Proven experience as a Finisher with a strong understanding of various finishing techniques. Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and proactive attitude. A commitment to delivering high-quality work.
