We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Delivery Programme Manager to join the Asset Delivery Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of improving the environment in Yorkshire.

The Opportunity: This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of a £3 billion investment programme over the next five years, covering a wide range of water and wastewater assets. You will manage a programme delivering over £300m per year in capital investment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Role: As our Capital Delivery Programme Manager, you will:
* Lead a programme of work and be a visible leader as part of a programme leadership Team.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders within Yorkshire Water to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
* Engage proactively with operations teams to drive programme visibility and support.
* Handle project escalations and provide innovative solutions.
* Lead and inspire a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
* Support the development of AMP8 (2025 – 2030) strategy and workstreams.
* Communicate effectively with Senior Leaders and the Board, including writing papers and presenting information eloquently.
* Drive improvements by looking for industry best practices.

* Knowledge of construction processes, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical/Electrical disciplines.
* A commitment to Yorkshire Water’s values and behaviours, with relentless drive, energy, and determination to deliver.
* Knowledge and experience working within Project 13 or Alliancing environments.
* A can-do attitude with a passion for excellence.
* Leadership experience in a commercially oriented or regulated environment.
* A commitment to an inclusive environment valuing diversity.
* A recognised qualification in project/programme management.
* Experience driving innovation to deliver project efficiencies and cost savings.
