They are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a newly created role. Your new role As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team. Your duties will include: Processing and managing invoices Reconciling purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Preparing and processing payment runs Maintaining supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues Accurately coding bank transactions into the business accounts Reconciling records with the bank Supporting other ad hoc duties such as payroll What you’ll need to succeed You will have: End-to-end accounts payable experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel What you’ll get in return This company offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE pro rata, flexible working opportunities including hybrid working, excellent office conditions, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a 5% matched pension. 4482769
