Benefits: 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Contributory pension scheme Staff discount Free on-site parking Company sick pay scheme Key Responsibilities for this HR Administrator : Prepare, process and manage employee contracts Gather and review HR documents to ensure adherence to compliance with company policies Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases Work closely with payroll to ensure all employee information is up to date before payroll deadlines Assist HR with the distribution, management and upkeep of employee development records Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and monitoring applications Manage uniform requests and place orders Collaborate with other head office departments to align business schedules What They’re Looking For: Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or recruitment Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using a CRM system or managing a high-volume database.
