Care Manager based at Hall Grange, Croydon
Available Hours:
Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 hours per week.
The Care Manager is a member of the Senior team and supports the Home Manager and senior team in all aspects of the Home's management. This will include assisting in the management, development and evaluation of all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines, relevant legislation, and the organisation’s Policies and Procedures. The Care Manager will also take temporary complete charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, when required.
This is an excellent opportunity to combine your management skills with your nursing experience. You will need a 1st level Registered Nurse qualification and current PIN, with a recognised professional management qualification and a willingness to develop.
The successful candidate will directly manage and supervise care and ancillary staff to enable them to maximise their potential through leadership, example, and guidance. To form and maintain open and constructive relationships with all stakeholders, including residents, relatives/carers, staff, volunteers, and statutory service professionals, to ensure good practice and enhance the quality of life for the residents.
