What will I be doing:
As a content manager, you will work within the Darktrace R&D department to coordinate technical documentation and technical information requests. You will support a team of technical authors and Darktrace product information specialists to ensure our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community have the resources they need to succeed.
This is a hybrid role, with a compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
In this role as Content Manager you'll be assisting customer-facing teams with technical information enquiries, managing technical documentation workflow and supporting ongoing projects. This role involves lots of ad-hoc project work surrounding technical releases, innovative projects, areas of interest, etc. You'll also be busy with:
1. Coordinating documentation reviews and processes,
2. Coordinating with Product, Research, and Software Development teams,
3. Managing feedback and update streams,
4. Supporting localization of technical content.
What experience do I need:
We welcome applications who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is highly organised. You'll be a pro-active individual who is adaptable to change and comfortable working independently and part of a diverse team. You’ll also have:
1. Confidence in coordinating and managing requests from multiple stakeholders,
2. Capacity to work with a range of different skill levels, from experienced engineers to junior end-users,
3. Project coordination, project management, and process management skills.
