Are you looking for a challenging role in store management? We are seeking a Retail Management Supervisor to join our team at the British Heart Foundation in Keswick.
The successful candidate will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence.
In this role, you will inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management, and sales performance, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role, and excellent communication skills. You will also have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and be a team player.
