We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Europe TV Marketing Specialist to support Apple TV's ambitious growth objectives in priority markets, including the UK, Germany (DE), and France (FR). With a strong focus on driving service growth, scaling partnerships, and executing impactful campaigns, this role will be critical in delivering strategic marketing initiatives across these key markets. You will work with a highly talented team, drive impactful marketing initiatives, and play a key role in achieving growth targets in priority international markets. The Europe TV Marketing Specialist will be a champion for strong communication and collaboration across the local, regional, international and US Marketing and Cross-functional teams, as well as partnering with business leads to prioritise campaign deliverables. They will hold teams accountable to processes and deadlines, clearly communicating and tracking next steps with cross-functional teams. As a result of their skilled work, they will connect-the-dots from strategy to creative delivery to ensure our marketing programs are executed to the highest standards and with the maximum effect. Description Partner Marketing - Oversee the Partner Marketing programme for non-managed partners, including Amazon, Samsung, and other connected TV (CTV) partners. - Collaborate with US and legal teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure compliance. - Manage and scale the codes programme for marketing partnerships. Content and Event Support - Assist with content launches by providing administrative support, coordinating with agencies, managing on-the-ground event logistics, and trafficking assets. - Coordinate festival participation, including ticketing, guest lists, scheduling, and documentation. - Support the launch of the Content Creator Pilot Programme in the UK and DE - Develop and execute PR programmes to drive buzz and awareness for Apple TV. Campaign & Programme Management - Manage and scale the TV Screenings Programme across Europe, including: Agency coordination - Liaising with US operations and marketing teams - Reporting, finance, and guest list management - Content creator partnerships Financial Management - Liaise with US teams on all Apple TV related spending, including: - Preparing and sending budget estimates - Approving invoices and tracking expenditures - The right candidate is a hungry, creative, effective and highly organised marketer with a strategic view towards the growth of Apple TV as a service. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment or streaming industry. Ability to work well in fast-paced environments; meet tight deadlines; lead multiple projects and expectations; maintain a sharp focus while handling competing priorities; ability to work well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple markets, teams, and stakeholders. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Exceptional skills in agency and partner management, with a focus on performance and results. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Experience in event coordination, particularly in large-scale content launches and festivals. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams. Proficiency in reporting, finance tracking, and operational alignment. Ability to lead coordinated Marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Team-oriented and able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Strong organization and creative problem-solving skills are a must. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation. An affinity to partner with others; strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
