We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Year 4 class in Peacehaven after the May Half Term. This exciting full-time role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with children, supporting their individual learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Working with small groups and providing 1-1 support for children with Special Educational Needs.
Assisting with the development and delivery of differentiated activities.
Helping children to build confidence, independence, and social skills.
Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A caring and patient individual with a passion for supporting children.
Experience working with children, particularly in an SEN setting, is highly desirable.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
