The Account Manager Role As a Technical Account Manager, your focus will be on understanding the intersection of client business strategies and technology while providing expert technical guidance and solutions. You’ll oversee contract renewals, drive upsell opportunities, and act as the central point of contact for escalations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to support client needs swiftly and effectively. This role will require occasional after-hours meetings and travel for on-site client visits or international events, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients. Deeply understand client business strategies, goals, and technology ecosystems to align solutions effectively. Lead regular account updates and quarterly business reviews, preparing insightful reports and materials. Track and resolve support tickets, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Manage contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and report on revenue generation. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of platform features and updates to keep clients informed. Collaborate with peers to share insights, industry trends, and strategies to enhance team success. Provide feedback on client needs to the product team.
