12 month FTC - National Account Manager - Your challenge
In this role the key responsibilities will include:
1. Be an inspirational leader by demonstrating the 3E’s behaviours consistently and increasing internal networks.
2. Build and execute a structured approach to developing and delivering a new business pipeline focusing on the opportunities that will make the most material difference.
3. Consistently demonstrate the best on class negotiation to develop existing accounts in a manner that is commercially sustainable.
4. Develop world Class Customer relationships demonstrating the benefits of Muller over and above price.
5. Develop your people management skills, by working effectively with your immediate team and support functions.
6. Be a customer and category expert, bringing that knowledge into the Muller business.
7. Ensure back of house internal and external admin/reporting is accurate.
8. Internal management of all support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category and Controlling to ensure efficient management of the customer internally and externally.
