The role will include supporting the PA's in their absence together with audio typing, filing, active monitoring of emails, nurses admin paperwork, keeping databases up to date, dealing with patient queries and answering the telephone. The role will require flexibility to ensure that all aspects of the service is covered to meet demands of the patients.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Personal Assistant who will be working within the admin team supporting our dedicated team of Consultants, Nurse specialists and other clinical team members. The standard hours of work are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
