Our client who are a leading commercial law firm in Leeds are seeking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to join the firm’s marketing function. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning and publishing a stream of digital content across the firm's website, social media channels and email. This role will play a crucial part in creating awareness, driving engagement and generating leads through SEO enhancements, PPC and supporting targeted social media campaigns. Campaign optimisation and reporting will be required to ensure continuous improvement of marketing activity, maximise ROI and provide actionable insights for future digital marketing activity. The Role: Website Management Be responsible for the overall structure and content of the firm's websites (main site plus HR Protect and Visa Guidelines Hubs) Update and maintain the company website's insights pages with relevant and engaging content delivered in the main by the Content Executive Review sections of the website, particularly sectors and services to ensure content is kept up to date, and feedback needs to the Content Executive and the teams involved Work with the Social Media and Content Manager to ensure all such work is in close alignment with our publishing and dialogue on social media. Implement targeted SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Work with relevant areas of the business to create and run successful PPC campaigns, which adapt and respond to performance metrics and deliver return on investment Review and report on the performance of the websites, to improve user experience and increase visitor interactions Work with web agency to ensure website constantly evolves to respond to visitor data and evolving technology. Publish content on our HR Protect and Visa Guidelines Hubs, and ensure structure and user journey optimizes usage (subscribers) / contacts (non-subscribers) Work alongside the Data Quality Team to ensure mailing lists are maintained and created for targeted campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions. Analyse email campaign performance and optimise strategies based on results. Explore automation as a means to make our communications more efficient. Consider our approach to newsletters, and guide our teams on to maximise performance. Content generation and distribution Ensure that all content is shared with, and subsequently published by, the firm's membership partners, as well as other appropriate channels. Report on this to the team on a regular basis. Work with Content Executive to ensure content is demonstrably engaging, informative and entertaining. Be involved in generating authentic video and audio content, and sharing effectively and productively. Managing our Vimeo and YouTube channels. Use Canva to attract interest and engagement in our content. About You: Minimum 12 months experience in a digital marketing position. Knowledge of Wordpress, e-marketing systems e.g. Dot Digital, Sprout Social, Google Ads and other systems e.g. relevant AI tools Confident written and verbal communication skills Technically savvy, and proficient in the use of packages such as Canva Ability to generate ideas for content and campaigns and utilise tools and systems to support the creation of these Strong skills gathering, interpreting and presenting data to tell a story and improve our digital performance and ROI.
