About The Role
Boldyn Networks is seeking a Supplier Manager with exceptional skills and extensive experience to implement a supplier relationship transformation plan within our TfL project programme. Our primary contractor relationship is critical to Boldyn’s successful project delivery therefore the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent, effective and efficient supplier performance during the term of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own the Supplier Management Framework, developing it as required, via an agreed change management process, to ensure adherence to the contracted agreement.
2. Ensure all supplier contracts and agreements are Commercially managed to contract terms and maximum value for Boldyn
3. Implement measurement, monitoring and reporting of all agreed KPIs and SLAs, with specific focus on HSE aspects.
4. Ensure compliance with our TfL contractual requirements.
5. Manage any non-compliance issues, escalating as appropriate.
6. Attend and/or input to the project governance process.
7. Manage key supplier meetings, ensuring required attendance, inputs and outputs.
8. Collaborate with finance and delivery colleagues to manage any supplier performance payment issues.
9. Develop and implement a sub-contractor management strategy.
10. Manage P2P approvals and supplier requests in Workday.
11. Collaborate with group procurement as required.
12. Collaborate with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager on inventory levels, asset management and transportation costs.
13. Develop and maintain an agreed business continuity plan.
14. Manage any sourcing and procurement requirements according to the Procurement
15. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
What You’ll Bring
16. Extensive experience in Procurement or a related field, ideally professionally qualified (CIPS)
17. Proven track record of Supplier Relationship Management expertise with negotiation training and significant experience
18. Strong evidence of successful contract management and legal collaboration
19. Proficient in risk management and business continuity principles
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
