Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who can commute around the Nottingham area to establish and nurture relationships with suppliers throughout the UK.
1. Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term partnerships.
2. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure mutual satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
4. Track supplier performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
5. Work closely with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
6. Prepare regular reports on supplier activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
What you will get in return
* £35,000-£38,000 base salary depending on experience
* OTE of £65,000 in the first year
