JOB DESCRIPTION As a Time Critical Service Delivery Agent, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-notch customer service and logistics support.
Your Role

Answering calls with a professional touch, taking client orders with expertise, and keeping clients informed on every detail, you'll be the linchpin in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities
1. Responding in a timely and professional manner to time sensitive shipping requests
2. Familiarising yourself with all special services we can offer to ensure customers are given all options available
3. Establishing the best transport solution (Express Air, Hand carry or Road)
4. Completing customs checks
5. Taking booking details, arranging collections/deliveries
6. Providing quotations and gaining 3rd party costings
7. Tracing and tracking of all shipments and keeping customers up to date proactively (which includes flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, resolutions, etc)
8. Demonstrating a “can do” attitude and show that you are prepared to go the extra mile for the customer
Your Skills and Experiences
9. Extensive experience within the Airfreight industry, specifically dealing with time sensitive shipments
10. Outstanding customer service, influencing and consultative skills
11. Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
12. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English
13. Confident in using computer applications
14. Good at establishing working relationships and developing personal contacts
15. Good analytical and commercial awareness
16. Self-motivated with good judgment and decision making qualities #LI-KP1
