A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with BMS systems, including design, programming, and commissioning. Proficiency with major BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, or similar). Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with BMS platforms. Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel for site visits. As a BMS Engineer: Develop detailed designs and specifications for BMS systems tailored to project requirements. Configure and program BMS systems, including controllers, sensors, and user interfaces, to ensure seamless operation. Oversee or assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Analyse system performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and recommend upgrades or adjustments. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.
