The Role:
As a Family Assessment Worker, you will:
1. Observe and assess family interactions to ensure children's safety and welfare
2. Provide childcare while parents attend sessions
3. Facilitate group and individual sessions tailored to family needs
4. Participate in team meetings to enhance centre practices
5. Offer structured feedback to parents and assist with childcare duties
The Candidate:

6. Experience working directly with families or adults
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

10. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
