Our client, an award-winning market leader in clinical negligence and personal injury, is looking for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with up to seven years’ PQE to join its large and established clinical negligence team in South Manchester.
You will manage your own caseload of pre- and post-issue clinical negligence cases, some of which may be complex. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Department to assist on higher-value catastrophic injury cases, such as birth injury cases.
The right candidate will have experience in a similar role (although those with a strong personal injury background will also be considered). You’ll know how to deal with litigated files from inception through to completion, while delivering an excellent client service.
In return, you’ll benefit from a lucrative and uncapped bonus scheme, excellent training opportunities, and a competitive range of employee benefits. You will be able to work from home for most of the week, but on your in-office days you’ll enjoy a bright and modern working environment (complete with roof garden!).
The firm is expanding rapidly, having recently acquired several local personal injury firms, and is aiming to become the go-to claimant firm in Manchester. It also enjoys fantastic Legal 500 rankings and attracts high-quality work from several reputable insurers.
The firm is well-established, financially stable, and has just announced its best-ever financial results to date with turnover up by 14%. In 2021, the firm was one of only 12 UK Top 100-200 law firms to grow by more than 10%.
