Office Assistant/Administrator
Salary: 35k-45k DOE + Excellent benefits
Based in Stratford, London – 5 days a week
Our client:
Our client provides Rail Infrastructure solutions to major stakeholders and has developed a successful and professional business with an excellent reputation and impressive client base.
Due to continuing growth and success, they are now recruiting for an Office Assistant, a strong Administrator with drive and tenacity to progress in this role.
To be a successful Office Assistant, you will need:
* Very strong Administration skills
* Professional and organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident telephone manner, able to be discrete and treat information with confidence
* Driven and proactive with the ability to see things through to resolution
* Excellent experience of Microsoft packages – Excel a must
* Great attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
The Role:
* Always ensuring the smooth running of the office
* Organising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
* Handling business correspondence via email and phone
* Executive team support as and when required
* Research
* Stock management
* Time Sheet Approval
* Contractor Invoices
* Managing Audits
* Other ad hoc duties
