Overview Our client is seeking to continue to grow their busy, conveyancing practice group. They are a more traditional firm with opportunities to meet clients face-to-face.The Role
* Manage your own caseload
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and searches.
* Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Provide clear and concise advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations throughout the process.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance.
Experience Requirements
* At least 2 years PQE or equivalent
* Experience with both leasehold and freehold
* Experience with option agreements, overage, promotion agreements
* Experience with sale and purchase of development land
* Experience with unregistered land
* Experience of working as part of a team
