The Role:
* Oversee and develop all aspects of the pastry operation, from afternoon teas to fine dining desserts.
* Create innovative, seasonal, and high-quality pastry menus that align with the hotel's premium offering.
* Lead and inspire a small team, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
* Maintain stock control, ordering, and kitchen hygiene to the highest levels.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop exciting new offerings and elevate the guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a 2AA Rosette or higher establishment.
* A passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
* A creative mindset with a flair for modern and classic pastry techniques.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
